CREATING A PARTNERSHIP

Your success is our success. We pride ourselves on the many great relationships we have with our customers all over Ireland and the added value they receive. From updating our customers on consumer trends, style and design most suitable for your coffee offering, guidance on store positioning and cup sizing/offering, we are always here to help.

Our branded crockery, take away cups and our off the shelf Essence at Home range does all the work for you in telling your customers you serve (and love) Essence Coffee. All you have to do is serve great coffee- something we are great at (if we do say so)

TRAINING

We provide full barista training and machine maintenance. Our coffee team are available to ease you through the process of opening your new business, updating your existing coffee offreing and training your staff.

We offer private label coffee for customers who require a unique coffee offering. Meetings and tasting session can take place at your premises or in our showroom in Trim, Co Meath.

Each requirement is unique so we tailor our coffee solutions to suit each individual business.

COFFEE EQUIPMENT

Now that you have the best coffee sourced it’s time to source the best equipment to serve it.

We have a large portfolio of equipment available, all of which can be viewd in our workshop in Trim, Co Meath.

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

We have a dedicated team of first responders and service technicians to take care of any maintenance or technical issues you may experience. Our first responder will try to sort the issue with you and if a call out is required our service department will be notified. We endevour to have your machine up and running in the shortest time possible.

We recommend to service your coffee machine regularly to ensure good quality coffee and service to your customers. With a coffee machine that is central to your business performance is should be cleaned daily and serviced regularly.
